Interclub, Penwortham Directions (I found these on the web): Take the A584 and the A583 to Preston. Shortly after passing the Lea Gate Pub on your left bear left following the signs for Southport. At traffic lights just before a bridge turn right along Strand Road and, ignoring signs to the bypass, go straight to the end of the road. Turn right to cross the Penwotham Bridge, turn next left. At the roundabout take the Leyland Road, the B5254, for about a mile. Then bear left on Factory Lane. Vernons Club is on your left.

hiya all please can you spread the word about northerns becz so far i no that for the girls there are me, kelly, emma, and maybe laura (sprinter) i will ask laura livesey... men ther is paul and stuart and some of the lads from the sprint group will be down this means we will all be working our butts off but we need more people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
