well done to all who came to the northerns track meeting on sunday everybody is individually doing really well
but...... as a team we cant move forwards because there just isnt enough people coming to the meetings
the final meeting is on sunday 5th august at hyndburn.
please spread the word and let either myself, pat, or stuart know ASAP
