Guess what guys-i jumped over 12m yesterday! Jumped 12.02m in the triple and came 3rd at the inter territorial-the wind was well strong so some the better athletes weren't happy-to the point that the only girls that beat me are ranked 2nd and about 10th in the uk and both from scotland! woohoo! the wind was -2.6 aswell so if it had been goin the other it would have been a well good jump! xxxx

Form should I think now read, County or Country of birth.
Also payment schedule should read in final box:- 2nd claim members,coaches and officials who do not also compete,
unwaged and social members, £20 & £13 respectively.

Hey guys-whos planning on going the northern league sunday 3rd august? Please please please will you all turn up-i know were not heading for promotion or anything but since we are hosting we could really do with some more athletes-particularly the men as only Michael Hough showed for the last one! They have a 5km for those of you that strangly enjoy that kind of thing so theres no excuse! Why dont we see how many spots we can fill and how many points we can get when we all actually show!
