Chorley youngsters excelled at the recent Lancashire Track and Field Championships.

U13 thrower Izzy Thompson won the Discus (new Lancashire record), with 2nd, 4th and 5th places in the javelin, hammer and shot putt. U20s Anna Peers took a 1st and 2nd in the javelin and discus, with Holly Brookes taking 3rd and 4th in the discus and shot putt. 

U13 Olivia Leigh won the 1500m, with Isabelle Farron and Lauren Prince running well to take 9th and 13th respectively. Bethany Reid, Charlotte Lavin and Georgina Ainscough were 11th, 13th and 15th in the U15.

U17 runners Kian Davis and George Norris were 5th and 6th in the 3000m, U13 Daniel Lilley and U15 Thomas Roberts were 4th and 10th in their 1500m races.
