GP DOUBLE HEADER!!

The ‘Lostock 6’ mile road race was the 1^st of Chorley’s GP Series for both the Road/Trail & Triathlon using this event as a counter….

Even the with snow filled clouds ready to burst, could not deter the dedication of 17 Chorley runners.

1^st back for Chorley (6^th place) with an incredible time of 34:27 and 1st V40 was ‘King’ Julian Goudge closely followed by Robert Walsh (9^th) 36:15, David Parkinson (16^th) 37:56 with Phil Iddon (17^th) 38:11 hot on his heels. Ainsley Murphy (29^th) 39:15,  Bill Becket (50^th) 41:13, Laura Murphy (62^nd) being the first lady back for Chorley 42:49,  Ruth Whip (65^th) 42:58,  Edward Gilbertson (80^th) 44:33, Daniel Bolton (86^th) 45:05, Stephen Baker (90^th) 45:12, Katie Jones (92^nd) 45:17, Simon Townsend (98^th) 46:06,  Rachael Gibson (103^rd), 46:25, Jon Tuson (105^th) 46:25, Lara Dickinson (116^th) 47:27 with Les Paul (188^th) 1:01:25 rounding up the last of the Chorley runners.
