Inskip Half Mararhon

Inskip Half Marathon - 18/01/2015

On this fresh, ice patched yet mildly undulating course taking in the lanes of the Wyre and Fylde countryside - 386 runners ventured out on this event, only which 2 from Chorley made the run.

First for Chorley and 30^th overall was Robert Walsh (1:24:06) notching up yet another new PB. Dan Edwards (1:33:14) came in with a great time. This was great runs from both Dan and I who thoroughly enjoyed the Hotpot and red cabbage after the race. This was a fantastic event and keeps us both in good form for PB's @ the 'London Virgin Marathon' in April.

Next on the 'Road Running' trail is the 'Blackburn Winter Warmer' 10k @ Witton Park on the 8^th February 2015. This is a fantastic local event which seems to attract quite a few Chorley runners.
