    Rules and Scoring

    Best 7 results
    Using any or all short races or up to 2 medium races and 2 long races plus 3 short !!! your choice !!!
    There will also be 20 points for any extra races chosen by you upto a maximum of 4!!!
    Short races worth 40 points
    Medium races worth 70 points
    Long races with 100 points
    Can I also point out that the club has won the Interclub GP for the last 2 years, so please consider doing them so we can get as many runners out to retain the trophy again this year.
