Dear Runner,
It is that time of year again when it is time to think about dusting off the spikes or Walshes ready for cross country which starts in September. Included here is the application form for the Red Rose League and the Mid Lancs League with details of fixture dates and venues where these have been confirmed and fees. You need to return the form to Stan Jewel at the above address so he can enter you into each league. Please do not try to enter yourself directly as you will not count in the team results.
The dates for the Lancashire Championships and National Championships are also included. You will need to enter yourself into the Lancs champs - Entry form is available on the web site (Go through Lancs cross country web site).
Stan will contact you when he gets the entry forms for the National Cross country championships. Only the team manager can enter these for you.
