| 2018-10-20 Kevin 92.3.25.248 | The Sportshall competition is only a couple of weeks away, Sunday 4th November. Tuesday 6.30 to 7.30 for the next two weeks in the Gym, Sportshall preparation. This week 23rd, sprints using the turning boards, standing long jump and triple jump, speed bounce. Next week, sprints, high stepper (hopefully), standing long and triple jumps, balance, foam javelin and shot (if I can find an indoor one). There will be warm up and a ten minute circuit session to start. It is open to all age groups. |

Cumberland Sports Ground The Wharf Thomas Street CREWE CW1 2BD Please do not park at the retail park as there are time restrictions there and cameras. The two free Thomas Street car parks should be used, plus surrounding street parking. The Cumberland Sports Ground facility car park is for officials only. Please let me know if you are bringing a coach so that she can try and reserve some parking for it. The Cumberland Sports Ground does not have a stand so please come prepared for all weather conditions. |
