The Plan
Unfortunately, due to limits on numbers, we can only have 50 people for the ceremony and so this will be reserved for our (rather extensive) close family and friends. Don't worry, we'll let you know when to arrive on your formal e-vites when they go out shortly, but below gives a rough overview of the day. Also, regardless of when you arrive you'll be fed well! There will be a main meal and evening snack (and probably a few other bits) provided for all. There will also be a bar located in the marquee so you can get your drinks in!'
- 10:30 Ceremony guests arrive (50 people)
- 11:00 Ceremony begins
- 12:00 Guests return to barn for canapes and drinks reception
- 12:30 Speeches
- 13:00 Remaining guests arrive (50 more people; 100 total)
- 14:00 Main meal
- 16:00 Post meal party time
- 20:00 More food (pizza)
